| Abstract: | Collaborations can take many forms. They can be formal or informal, temporary or permanent. They can result from a shot-gun marriage or an evolving relationship. How do you ensure success when you embark upon a collaborative venture? What factors are important? What sort of preparation helps? How do we judge success and failure? The author seeks answers to these questions, proposing two questionnaires for those preparing to succeed, namely self-reflection questionnaire and questionnaire and discussion brief. |
