| Abstract: | Obviously, it is useful to study GATT rules and practice on non-application for a further understanding of the WTO provisions in this regard and an observation of their future operation. This article attempts to serve this purpose. It reviews the notion of of non-application in the Law of Treaties with a view to revealing some features of GATT non-application. The article then is devoted mainly to the investigation of GATT rules and practice on non-application and its implication. |
