| Abstract: | At the recent European Satellite Communications Conference, R. Anselmo, the founder of PanAmSat, pointed out that government-imposed regulation of satellite uplinks will have to take a back seat to major events, especially now that most European countries wish to make stronger connections with western Europe. Besides, entrepreneurs would like to have access to the same rights and opportunities enjoyed by the privileged organizations such as Intelsat or Eutelsat. |
