| Abstract: | Remote sensing being a cost-effective technology with an unlimited range of applications may be an important tool also in studying the environment. At present, in California, the Terra-Mar Service participates in the project to eliminate drought using this advanced technology. In many cases aerial photography is replaced by remote sensing since it is more accurate and less expensive. |
