| Abstract: | In developing countries telecommunications is a government business and companies require much patience and persistence to reach agreements due to the special circumstances. Projects in Africa are conducted and financed first of all by the USA where the newest technology is badly needed. At the same time they can also acquire the business practices and procedures of the Western world. |
