| Abstract: | Information technology, new materials and biotechnology have strong influence on work. There are some concerns about the implications of 'Capitalism Triumphant' for the worldwide distribution of products, services and work. Work organization varies from country to country and affects quality of working life. Extensive changes in attitudes and policies'throughout the society as well as reduction in employers' discrimination are necessary. |
