| Abstract: | The export enterprise group can compeat with foreign enterprises more effectively. The export enterprise groups of our country are still in the initial period. They are fettered by the system and remain to be imporved. The crux of their improvement is to properly handle the problem of the redistribution of rights and profits: Government organizations should be strictly separated from enterprises, with the group having the right of self-decision; the right of ownership should be separated from the right of management. While the country has the ownership to the property of the group, the group has the right of management. Since the "stock system" is a form of property right fitting for the groups. the management right of the local government over the original enterprises should be replaced by stock right. |
