| Abstract: | The customs tariff of China is too high and there are some problems in collection of domestic indirect tax. So China should make the collection of domestic indirect tax the breakthrough of the reform of import duty. It is better to make collecting domestic average indirect tax an interim measure and on the basis of it to perfect the management role of tax to export. |
