| Abstract: | It can not be sure that China's reentry GATT will bring opportunities to exporting services to other countries in near future. But completely opening banking, insurance and telecommunication etc. which are capital and technology intensive is favorable to introducing foreign banks which will be benefit to China's economy and China's application for acceding to the Services Trade Agreement. All these will make other countries know the sincerity of China's reentry GATT and will make China's trade position more stable. |
