| Abstract: | To reentry GATT, China needs to adjust the measures of introducing foreign capital. The field of introducing foreign capital should be expanded. In the meantime of guiding the foreign capital to the infrastructure, basic industry, capital and technology intensive industries, commerce, finance, ocean carriage, civil aviation, real estate and resource development should also be considered. More flexible measures should be taken in export sales portion of foreign investment enterprises. Foreign investment enterprises should have the same rights and duties as domestic enterprises in foreign exchange, tax, purchase and marketing, labor and personnel and use of site etc. |
