| Abstract: | Urban and rural residential areas (including township enterprises and construction), mining, traffic (including highways, railways, ports and inland water navigation courses), water conservancy and other nonagricultural construction land need to increase 1.609 million mus (1/15 hectare) during the period from 1990 to 1995. 0.9612 million mus are cultivated areas. 1.5735 million mus of land is needed during the years from 1995 to 2000. |
