| Abstract: | The development of private enterprises is gaining momentum in recent years in China. According to statistics by October 1993, there are already 184000 private enterprises across the country with 2.941 million employees, 45.29 billion Yuan registered capital and 16.51 billion Yuan output value. Those private enterprises under the signboard of collective are not included. The paper discusses the phenomenon of development of private enterprises and puts forward some suggestions for developing private enterprises. |
