| Abstract: | The leadership system of enterprise groups is the outcome of the socialization of the enter- prise leadership system, and it is a reflection of certain social production ways and social system. For all enterprise groups, there is not only one choice of leadership system and the point is whether the choice of the leadership system is favorable to the correct solution of various economic relations inside and outside the group and to the optimal allocation of resources within the group. |
