| Abstract: | Enterprise group, actually, is an organizational form to realize an optimized allocation of resources. As a starting point of view, the arrangements of enterprise group in every administrative level aim to reduce the cost of resources allocation. The operational mechanism should be considered by every administrative level according to the factors that will influence the transaction expenses and organizing expenses, in order to realize the optimized allocation of resources with lowest cost. |
