Abstract: | The main reasons for the poor economic returns of joint ventures are 1.the proportion of visible assets of foreign businessmen is too great. 2. the prices fixed for equipments are too high, 3.the imported raw materials are bought cheaply but sold expensively and 4.the prices of exported products are forced down by a big margin , which have caused the Chinese side heavy losses. The article considers that the mechanism for credit evaluation must be established, the economic laws and regulations concerning foreign affairs perfected and the operational activities of joint ventures standardized. |
