| Abstract: | The registration system requires the enterprises to have capital enough to build up their abilities of indebtedness. It changes the state of the single capital in the financial enterprises, the administrative system in which the nation is both the owner and trader, and the operational mechanism that no one runs the risk after the bankruptcies of the enterprises. And being suited to the socialist market economical system, it also pushes forward the renovation of the share consolidation system. |
