| Abstract: | Security issues of air travel are analysed in the article. Statistics relating to air accidents and crashes in the last few years are presented and classified by different points of view. It is found that the majority of the accidents happen during the start and the landing. Several well known cases are analysed and tips are given about what to do in order to survive an accident. The possible reasons of crashes are identified and ways of preventing them are proposed. |
