Abstract: | Using "produce country / consumer country" statistical principle results in differences among the trade statistical figures presented by the relevant countries. The values of China Mainland's exports increase after transitions in Hong Kong. The added value extends the gap among the statistical figures presented by the relevant countries. The "country of departure / arrived country" statistical principle (accounting principle) is a way to avoid the statistical difference. Setting up bilateral or multilateral trade statistics coordinate institutes is another measure to resolve the problem. |
