| Abstract: | Marxist manpower theory holds that the full development of human beings is the ultimate goal of the development of economic society. The connotation of the Marxist manpower concept includes the laborers' intelligence, knowledge and skills. Manpower is improved through the transformation of nature. The number, the mobility and the combination of population, especially the working people, are important factors in deciding the quality of population. |
