| Abstract: | 50,000 households (200,000 populations) free themselves from poverty every year in Huaihua, Hunan province. But, the next year, 10,000 of them (40,000 populations) return to poverty. Reasons for this phenomenon: release poverty on a low level or by opportunity. So, we must put poverty release into the track of market economy and pay more attention to benefit, technology and market. |
