| Abstract: | In the recent year, a lot of problems crop up in the relations between China and the USA, especially in trade relations. American trade regulations and policies show an obvious color of protectionism; the system of annual examination of the most favored nation treatment for China by the USA one-sided brings unsteadiness to the development of the trade between China and the USA. The U.S. control policy of advanced technology export to China seriously hinders the development the technology trade between China and the USA; limited with the laws concerned, American banks are not competitive in China's financial market, this also influences the expanding of its export to China. |
