| Abstract: | The solution of the disputes of the frontier trade are that parties concerned of both sides settle the problems by voluntary negotiation or through a third party's meditation. The disputes can also be settled through arbitrary or lawsuit. The present urgent problems about law to be solved are court entrustment and judicial assistant between two countries. There are no bilateral treaties or agreement of protecting the development of the frontier trade. China should work out policies, laws and regulations of frontier trade. |
