| Abstract: | Reentering GATT is favorable to the technical advance of Shanxi's petrochemical industry and the improvement of the transformation of enterprise operation mechanism. But the product price and structure etc. will face challenge. So it is imperative to change concepts and to enhance competitive idea. The local advantages should be made good use of to set up business conglomerate. The advance of science and technology should be improved. The consumption and cost should be cut down. The quality of products should be improved. Production that relies mainly on imitation should be changed into that which relies mainly on innovation. |
