| Abstract: | Environment has direct efforts on national treatment has also effects on import and export of a country. To strengthen the legislation of environment protection may prevent the exported products from being treated as dumping ones. Environment has effects on anti-subsidy and clarity of laws. It concerns not only China's interest but also environment protection interest of other countries all over the world. So environment research should be improved. |
