| Abstract: | A general model of system security ensurance is presented.The application of this model to computer supported information systems is described.The model is built up on the concept of a system asset.Using the model, the combinations threat source __ threat __ exposure __ asset relevant to particular system could be determined. These combinations enable the choice of effective security counter-measures. |
