| Abstract: | Health systems transformations in developed countries is guiding the health organizers, performers, users and payers of health services towards more intensive efforts for higher quality.Quality definition in the health systems as well as methods and approaches towards ensurance and improvement of health services quality are presented in the contribution.The organization and management quality supervision and as well as methods of organization capability are emphasized in order to ensure quality service.A short description of situation in Slovenia is given. |
