| Abstract: | The article presents some aspects of the provision and funding of education of youth with regard to the inclusion of the public and private sector.The emphasis is on funding of education and specifically on the funding of higher education.These are the main topics also in economics of education since the early 80s.One of the most important reasons for this is the crisis in public funding of education, which is particularly acute in the higher education.The first step in searching for a better system of funding of education in a country is an analysis of the most important theoretical questions involved.We present some broader theoretical elements of funding and provision of all three levels of education with particular emphasis on some specific elements of funding higher education. |
