| Abstract: | In this segment new programs in executive development are explored. Two company programs are explored in detail and a third adds examples. Fine examples are provided by TRW and General Electric , companies which make executive development into an intervention that transforms the way executives work with each other, with customers, and with vendors. A summary of learnings is also provided. |
