Abstract:Leading change is not a matter of intuition, magic, or charisma. It involves taking strategic, systematic steps. A systematic process can help ensure that change is successful and that all stakeholders support it. In fact, to be an effective leader at any level, it is critically important to listen to and talk with people who might be affected by your ideas for change. You must involve them to find common ground and to build bridges between their concepts of the future and your own.
