| Abstract: | This article aims to present an analytical and normative policy analysis; to show, on the one hand, how the question of the overall extend of fraud against the Community is being dealt with and how it fits into the overall problem of combatting fraud; and to show, on the other hand, how more factual knowledge as to the extent (and nature) of EC fraud would serve a better formulation and evaluation of both primary policies and enforcement policies of the Community and Member States. |
