Abstract: | While the formulation of business strategy may appear unstructured to students, a logical framework does in fact exist to analyse the information given and to produce a suitable recommendation. A common misconception in Business Planning and Evaluation is that, faced with a large amount of data about a company and the industry in which it operates, students have to devise a list of really brilliant fabulous and remarkable strategies. |
