| Abstract: | In accordance with the need of the experimental units in share-holding system and their development in China, the following measures should be taken in the legislation for protecting middle and small shareholders: (1) gradually cancelling the individual share-holding quotas and establishing the system for restricting the right to vote; (2) standardizing the electoral system while at the same time implementing the electoral system of accumulative ballot in the companies where the conditions exist; (3) establishing the system of minority shareholders' lights. |
