| Abstract: | With a view to reform and development, we should establish a new system and operation mechanism in tobacco industry as soon as possible, suiting actively and initiatively the need of new reform and socialist market economic system. By using the law of value, we should continue to deepen the reform of price, we should also devote a lot of time and energy to improvement of product quality , especially enhance the technical content of products. Besides, we should strengthen management of enterprises, increase their economic returns and follow the road of enterprise-grouping. |
