Abstract: | The over inflated real estate industry is in fact a phenomenon of "land-leasing and approving fever". The present prominent problems are as follows: The land to be leased was approved in excess of authority, which resulted in arable land occupied excessively; Blind development led to loosing money in business; Due to the nonstandard land deals, the hidden deals are enlivened. So the macro management of real estate industry must be strengthened in 8 links--planning, examination and approval, assessment, laws and regulations, supervision, collection, contingent and leadership. |
