| Abstract: | Political risk management is an important category in risk management in multilateral enterprises. The article explores the implication and classification, the source and the assessment of political risk as well as how to keep a look out for it with a view to making the Chinese enterprises' managers who are prepared to go international, conduct effective management by drawing on the experiences of the west when they are faced with political risk. |
