| Abstract: | Salary mechanism is a problem greatly concerned in China, whose target is for companies and workers to decide the operation of salary on the principle of market trading under the in direct macro adjustment and control. So government should set up indirect system of macro adjustment and control so as to provide necessary service for the operative mechanism of salary market; supervise and adjust, strengthen the construction of information system for salary operation. |
