| Abstract: | The article makes an exploration of several major problems in the reform of property right system, such as the aim of operation in state-run enterprises, the ownership of assets formed while financial allocation was shifted into credit in state-owned enterprises, how to deal with the property light in state-owned enterprises, drain on state-owned assets, management of state-owned assets, the arrangement of the former staff and workers in state-owned enterprises. It also raises some suggestions on them. |
