| Abstract: | The securitization of Chinese real assets is the results of the combination of finance and real assets. It has the following functions such as: the acceleration of the development of the country's security market; the perfection of the investment mainstay of the real assets market. The improvement of the financial environment and market conditions; the broadening of the fund raising channels; the increasing of the liquidity of the real assets market. It also helps stable the real asset market as well as disperse the management risks. |
