| Abstract: | The joint stock system in collective enterprises may perfect the organizational structure of these enterprises, help them change their operational mechanism, increase their invigoration. It also helps raise the idle funds in the society, optimize the usage of these funds, heighten their technical development capability and assets proliferation capability. It will help the conversion of these enterprises from purely collective-owned economy into a mixture of state-owned economy and private owned economy with the state-owned economy as its main-body. |
