| Abstract: | To develop the asset and credit appraisal industry in China, we should set up credit appraisal organs according to the company system, strengthen the building and management of personnel for asset and credit appraisal, further define the connotation of credit appraisal and standardize the grade-appraisal index system. Besides, we should formulate laws and regulations concerning asset and credit appraisal as soon as possible to make this work standardized and conform to the legal system and international convention. |
