| Abstract: | A State-owned assets administration organ at the provincial level is to be established and perfected. A semiofficial provincial state-owned economy development bureau is to be set up. A state-owned assets intermediary organization is to be set up. This includes large enterprise corporation and various kinds of assets-management (running) companies. Step-by- step reform should be carried out in state-owned assets management system. A few large enterprises will be running under the new system. Pilot medium and small-size firms for reform will be included in the running of assets management (running) companies. |
