| Abstract: | After the social changes in Slovenia it is necessary to adjust and/or change the provisions which have regulated the relations between the workers in the associated labour in the past.Now the relation between the employers and the employees is discussed again in this area. In the article we direct attention both to the necessity of a uniform terminology and various possibilities of regulating this area (codification, more partial statutes, and the like).It will also not be possible for the substance itself of the regulating to be so broad, as the employers will not wish to undertake responsibility of the State to such extent as they did in the time of socially-owned property. |
