Abstract:In organizations there are new internal relations being established. Here the attention of the public and of the legislative bodies is directed primarily towards the rights and a lottle less towards obligations, and still less towards responsibility for the work and decision-making.Such a situation causes complexity and lack of balance between the discussed categories. In the area of disciplinary responsibility it is necessary to establish the responsibility of the workers towards the employer and guarantee an appropriate way of ascertaining and sanctioning the breach of discipline. In the area of material responsibility it would be necessary to take into consideration the phenomenon of new subjects appearing as bearers of the rights and obligations, thus also of the responsibility in industrial relations. As such they may undergo some restrictions to which the law does not give the nature of damage, which is controversial. In the new legal regulation the concept of responsibility of the status of persons in management and administration remains unclear. Their responsibility is legally grounded as the responsibility of the bearers of functions, although the profession stresses the professional nature of their activities.A special problem is the question of responsibility for the decision-making of the employed in various organs of the company. The participation of workers' representatives in decision-making can be very different, which makes the formation of proper rights and standards for the enforcement of responsibility in this area considerably more difficult.
