Abstract: | The rapid increases in international flows of capital, products, and technologies, and the emergence of the multinational enterprise have complicated organization management and accounting to an unprecedented level. Many questions as to the proper organization form, in light of international accounting complexities, still remain; but multinational companies have turned in growing numbers to the international joint venture (IJV) as the new organization from for competing in the global marketplace. |
