| Abstract: | The purpose of scientific micro-finance mechanism is to make the fund flow fluently and optimize the resources allocation. Thus, the reform of micro-finance system of China currently in effect should be deepened in following respects: open and normalize the direct financing channel, establish and perfect the call market at the same line, speed up the enterprise-like construction of specialized bank, and retain business pursued for policy consideration to a moderate degree. |
