| Abstract: | In absorbing foreign capital, China should avoid absorbing foreign capital passively, but should make investment in foreign countries actively. China should make full use of foreign market, capital and technology to absorb advanced technology, scarce resource and capital by means of various models such as joint ventures etc. China should also cooperate more closely with developed countries, surrounding countries and surrounding economic groups. |
