| Abstract: | The internal factors which eliminate enterprise's development include serious short supply of the circulating funds which results in unnecessary production interruption, out date equipments, bad management and lack of competitive capacity in the market. The external factors include regional protection, sector blockade, irrational macro layout which results in irrational competition among enterprise. Irrational prices result in losses permitted by policy. Th enterprise contracting operation responsibility should be improved. |
