| Abstract: | China's insurance market in the model of monopoly and competition has decided the model of the government's supervision and management of insurance industry is to concentrate the models of market, monopoly and upholding as a whole. Its major characteristic is the government sets up insurance supervision and management institutions to supervise and manage insurance enterprises by legal, economic and administrative ways. the institutions uphold the leading position of the Chinese Insurance Company and ensure the equal and moderate competition between the insurance enterprises. |
