| Abstract: | How to guide correctly the orientation of foreign investment and optimize the industrial structure of foreign investment are two significant topics China has to face when it attracts foreign investment. The basic feature of regional opening to the outside world in China is that the regional preferential policies have been adopted, which means that special policies have been carried out and preferential measures taken in the different open areas. Later on, we should continue to attract foreign investment to promote the coordinated development in the central and western parts of China, support these areas and make them formulate feasible overall plan on opening to the outside world and introducing foreign investment in inland and remote border areas, and attract the overseas well-known transnational corporations. |
