| Abstract: | In China, the individual and private economy are in the stage of primary accumulation of capital. It is inexorable trend that they will greatly develop with their primary accumulation of capital. The government should implement stable polices to encourage, support and guide their individual and private economy development in order to enhance China's economy to all-round develop. |
